TransitSTL offers the "See More, Do More " Rider Rewards program to participants on a voluntary basis and reserves the right to reject any registration and redemption for any reason at any time. Participants must download and install the TransitSTL Mobile App from the iTunes or Google Play Store and register an account to participate in the program. To be eligible, participants must submit a photo of their transit ticket, transit pass, or parked bicycle to receive rewards points for riding. TransitSTL will process submitted rewards points requests within 30 business days. "See More, Do More" Rider Rewards points balance will be available within the TransitSTL Mobile App. Participants can trade their Rider Rewards points in for rewards subject to rewards availability.
TransitSTL does not guarantee rewards will be available at time of redemption. Rewards are subject to availability. Participant must provide their contact name, email, phone number, shipping address to receive some rewards, or pick items at an participating partner. All digital rewards will be emailed to the email address provided in participant’s TransitSTL profile. TransitSTL "See More, Do More" Rider Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed in anyway outside of the TransitSTL Mobile App. TransitSTL is not responsible for any unused or unallocated rewards points.
